Tečina business zone is located next to the Zagreb – Lipovac Motorway, next to the Babina Greda settlement, which is located on the north-eastern side of the zone.
Business zone Tečina has an area of 174,000 m2, consists of one plot and a cogeneration plant and facilities for suitable heat consumption are being built for the purpose of using thermal energy.

The works will start in the middle of November 11, 2014, while the planned deadline for completion or duration of the works is 19 months.
During the execution of works in accordance with the dynamics, the expected number of employees performing works on the construction of the plant reaches up to 150 employees.
The investor of the building is UNI VIRIDAS d.o.o. Zagreb
The company SOKOL d.o.o. Vinkovci was the first to start work on the construction of the plant and in accordance with the type of work will be present until the very end.
Recapitulation of works performed by the company SOKOL d.o.o. Vinkovci is next;
- Preparatory works for the commissioning and the organization of a container settlement in which all participants in the construction are located
- Earthworks that include all types of excavation, backfilling, compaction and landscaping at the very end of construction
- Reinforcement and carpentry work in the construction of all monolithic buildings and plateaus (scales, spillway structure, foundations, ab slabs, shafts)
- Sewage system of the complete plant and all useful surfaces with the installation of a prefabricated separator.

- All types of electrical installation work from 35kV water supply to complete distribution on the construction site and facilities

- Preparation and construction of roads for heavy traffic with well-maintained pedestrian paths and all necessary equipment
