Dalekovod's history begins with its foundation in 1949. For many years, the company has been engaged in design, production and construction. Today, Dalekovod dd is a modern organization that provides engineering, production and construction services. The company specializes in the execution of turnkey contracts in the following areas: power plants, especially power lines from 0.4 to 1000 kV, transformer stations of all types and voltage levels up to 500 kV, aerial, underground and underwater cables up to 110 kV, telecommunications facilities, all types of networks and antennas, production of suspension and connection equipment for all types of power lines and transformer stations from 0.4 to 1000 kV, production and installation of all metal parts for roads, especially for: road lighting, protective fences and traffic signals, tunnel lighting and traffic management, electrification of railways and trams in cities. In 1993, it became a joint-stock company.
