The Tečina business zone is located directly next to the Zagreb–Lipovac Highway, next to the Babina Greda settlement, which is located on the northeastern side of the zone.
The Tečina business zone has an area of 174,000m2, consists of one plot and a cogeneration plant and suitable heat consumption facilities are being built on it for the purpose of utilizing thermal energy.

The works began in mid-November 2014, while the planned completion date, or duration of the works, is 19 months.
During the execution of works according to the dynamics, the expected number of employees performing works on the construction of the plant reaches up to 150 employees.
The investor of the building is UNI VIRIDAS dooZagreb
The company SOKOL doo Vinkovci was the first to begin construction work on the plant and, depending on the type of work, will be present until the very end.
A recapitulation of the work carried out by the company SOKOL doo Vinkovci is as follows;
Preparatory work for the introduction into the business and the organization of a container settlement in which all construction participants are accommodated
Earthworks that include all types of excavation, filling, compaction and landscaping at the very end of construction
Reinforcement and carpentry work in the construction of all monolithic buildings and plateaus (wheel scale, pouring structure, foundations, reinforced concrete slabs, manholes)
Sewage system of the complete plant and all usable areas with the installation of a prefabricated separator.

All types of electrical works from power supply with 35kV water to complete distribution on the construction site and buildings
Demanding concrete works with special concretes
Preparation and construction of roads for heavy traffic with arranged pedestrian paths and all necessary equipment
